  2. Compare alternatives

    Decision responsibility
The client decides; authorized professionals assess matters within their remit.
  3. Agree on the next milestone

Sample comparison of alternatives
AlternativeInformation to verifyCondition for moving forward
Direct salesLanded cost, service capacity, and evidence of buyer interest.Test an order once costs and capacity have been confirmed.
DistributorChannel terms, coverage, margin, and each party's commitments.Consider a trial after comparing proposals and verifying fit.
DeferMissing information, resources, and required changes to the offering.Revisit the decision when the outstanding information or capacity is available.

Illustrative conclusion: more evidence is needed to select a channel. The roadmap assigns each verification and defines the next milestone; the client decides on that basis.

How this engagement closes

Delivery of the assessment package, review of alternatives, and a record of outstanding information. A subsequent commercial trial is defined in an additional scope, reusing completed work.

An example structure, not a recommendation for a specific project or a promise of results. Content, timing, and deliverables are defined for each engagement.

Before we begin

Answers for your first step.

How does an engagement with Valmera begin?

Share your objective and context. In the initial discussion, we review the decision, project status, and available information. Where there is a fit, we prepare a proposal with deliverables, timing, and fees. Work begins once the scope is documented.

How are scope and fees determined?

They are based on the service, deliverables, complexity, and work period. Any relevant commercial relationship is disclosed before an engagement is accepted. Independent professionals bill their services separately.

Do I need to engage several services?

You can engage the service that fits your need. If the project requires a broader scope, we reuse completed work and price the additional tasks; we do not duplicate deliverables or impose mandatory stages.

What will I receive at completion?

The documents, working files, and records defined in the proposal, together with a review of conclusions and outstanding matters. Completion depends on the agreed work, not on securing a sale, approval, or investment outcome.

Who selects and engages the professionals?

The client approves and directly engages their lawyers, accountants, brokers, and other specialists. Valmera may help define the required capabilities and coordinate participation without replacing the client’s due diligence.

Who performs regulated services?

The duly authorized professionals engaged by the client. Valmera does not provide brokerage or regulated legal, tax, accounting, immigration, or financial advice; form companies; obtain permits; hold client funds; or represent clients in transactions.
